The two-stage condensation provides a better cooling effect, and the built-in coiled tube enjoys a larger contact area with the water coolant. External condensation & in-tube condensation can be achieved respectively in the cooling chamber and cooling water chamber. An additional circulating pump is available to ensure an expedited water flow of the condensate circulation.

The flowing water enters through the lower inlet and drains from the upper outlet. The thermometer attached to the rectifying tower can monitor the temperature in real-time, during fermentation or distillation, with the temperatures measuring from 0-150. A one-way air evacuation valve is presented to facilitate the deflation when fermenting the grain.

EXCELLENT IMPURITY FILTRATION- With a pack of ceramic balls inside, the rectifying tower is able to filter out high-boiling impurities in the wine vapour, giving the higher-purity wine vapour access to the condensing device. It leads to a higher distillation purity with an output of 11.0 lbs (5 kg) fine alcohol for 50% content by volume or 16.5 lbs (7.5 kg) for 30%.

EFFICIENT CONDENSATION TREATMENT- This alcohol distilling kit adopts the stainless steel coiled-tubes with rapid thermal conductivity assuring promising cooling performance, together with a large contact area with the coolant, providing a rather low temperature of distilled product. Also, during the condensation process, an additional circulating pump facilitates the expedited water flow of the condensing agent. CONVENIENT TEMPERATURE MONITOR- The whiskey making kit comes with a thermometer attached to the top, ranging from 32-302 (0-150).

It greatly facilitates the easy monitoring of real-time alcohol temperature and better temperature control during the distillation process. MULTIFUNCTIONAL ACCESSORIES- A one-way air evacuation valve is available, and 2/3 of the water is added to it to help release air when fermenting the grain (the gas can only get out).
