9 pcs - Moskva Style. Moskva Style Turbo Yeast is a temperature tolerant turbo yeast. Multi - purpose use (wine, mash). Ingredients : yeast, nutrient, vitamins and microelements. Dissolve 6-8kg of sugar in hot water, pour into a fermenter and fill with cold water to a volume of 25 litres.

Optimum fermentation temperature is 20 30°C, 3 5 days fermentation time, fermentation up to 14% after 2 days or up to 20% in 5 days. Moskva style are the most popular yeast in Poland! The set includes 9 pcs of Moskva Style.
