It features a 70L/18.5 US Gal/15.4 UK Gal capacity, able to distill about 17.5 kg rice at one time by heating to boiling selectively and then cooling to condense the vapor. EXCELLENT IMPURITY FILTRATION- With a pack of ceramic balls inside, the rectifying tower is able to filter out high-boiling impurities in the wine vapor, giving the higher-purity wine vapor access to the condensing device. It leads to a higher distillation purity with an output of 12.5 kg fine alcohol for 50% content by volume or 17.5 kg for 30%.

EFFICIENT CONDENSATION TREATMENT- This alcohol distilling kit adopts the copper coiled-tubes with rapid thermal conductivity assuring promising cooling performance, together with a large contact area with the coolant, providing a rather low temperature of distilled product. Also, during the condensation process, an additional circulating pump facilitates the expedited water flow of the condensing agent. CONVENIENT TEMPERATURE MONITOR- The whiskey making kit comes with a thermometer attached to the top, ranging from 0-150 (32-302).

It greatly facilitates the easy monitoring of real-time alcohol temperature and better temperature control during the distillation process. MULTIFUNCTIONAL ACCESSORIES- A one-way air evacuation valve is available, and 2/3 of the water is added to it to help release air when fermenting the grain (the gas can only get out). The distilling kit also contains a vinometer kit for precise measurement of wine degree. This moonshine still is perfect for fermenting liquors, such as beer, brandy, whiskey, wine, and seasoners like soy sauce and vinegar. With selected high wearable food-grade stainless steel material and argon-welding techniques, the distilling kit is of enhanced sturdiness and longevity.
