Copper Alcohol Distiller - 17L Pressure Cooker. Copper Still head (for best results use copper).
17L Pressure cooker and modified lid (Already modified to take Still head). 1 x Still thermometer (Still heat). 1x Lid / Contents thermometer (internal heat). 9 x 250ml glass flasks.1 x 1000ml large glass flask. 1 x Alcohol hydrometer (measure wines and beers). 1 x Alcohol proof hydrometer (measure alcohol content up to 100% proof).
1 x Large Liquid dropper. 1 x 400g of VWP Sterilising powder (I have used about 50g so still 300-350g left). 1 x 700g large tub of Ceramic beans (instructions show where to put these). 1 x 25L brew bucket with thermo strip indicator. 1 x Liquid Siphon and tube.
1 x 50w thermostat, fitted with UK plug you can set the temp from 18c - 32c. Currently set at 20c which is all you need here in the UK.
It will only come on when the liquid temp drops below the level set. PLEASE NOTE: With the 50w thermostat - DO NOT PLUG IN AND TURN ON WHEN OUT OF WATER!!! This will cause the thermostat to heat up very quickly and will break.
The thermostat can only be turned on when fully submerged in liquid, also, when turning off the thermostat you must turn it off and leave in the liquid for 15-20 minutes before removing otherwise it will be too hot.
